A Moment of Light - Visitor's Poem

A moment like this will forever live on,
The way the room feels and the beat of the song.
The smiles coming from left to right,
The stars shining in the darkness of the night.
We all have different worlds, personalities and dreams,
But tonight we put all differences aside,
and happiness is what it brings.
The mood feels just right, the drinks are flowing fine,
Fresh fruit for dessert while we sip on red wine.
Time stops for a minute when you take in the sight,
And it’s not until you go home that you realize
God has shed some light.
