Be You - Visitor's Poem

Life is too short to live it too slow
You can't just blend in and go with the flow
You gotta live it fast , don’t sit on the shelf
You gotta charge straight ahead with just being yourself

Who cares what people are whisperin
Who cares what people say
Who cares cause you're not listenin
You're doing things your way

Live life to the fullest
Do all you wish to do
But who cares if you’re the coolest
As long as you be you

I like to think I do this, in every way I can
I like to be my own person that’s just who I am
And although I'll keep on changing till my life on earth is done
At least I can meet god and tell him I've had fun
