'Precociousness' is not concerned with the damage it may cause when it seeks the attention that it 'wants'. But if the focus of their affection gives it what it 'needs' it runs away and the selfishness is exposed! Flirtation sometimes sends out the wrong message and needs to be addressed and humbled for its lack of consideration. The lesson was not mine to learn...it was mine to teach! However, your worst student can also become your best teacher, I learned a lesson too.
