Finding My Way - Visitor's Poem

Hearts are broken and scattered throughout years,
leaving our desolate drowning in tears.

Lift up your head, and tell yourself now,
this will not trap me, it shall not bring me down.

For I am a child of the loving one above,
and if I do all that is right, I will learn once again,
true meaning of love.

I won't take that dark path that makes one lurk and crawl,
I won't break one heart, for this would be my fall.

Instead I will shine in my Father's light of day,
doing the right things, and finding my way!
