Just How It Is - Visitor's Poem

It makes your head hurt,
as well as your heart.
It can bring you happiness,
but it can also bring you grief.
Sometimes if you take that
headache and heartache
and mix it with a smile,
some tears, grief and happiness
you become full of it!
With every moment that goes by
your happiness gets stronger
your head hurts a little less,
and your heart begins to heal.
Maybe that's all you need
to finally move on!
Move on to a life you deserve.
Living everyday like it's your last
and feeling each feeling like
you will never feel again.
