Love - Visitor's Love Poem
by Lauren Wotherspoon
(Australia)
I never felt, until now as walls they crumble to the ground I wake in time for eyes to see My dreams they didn't lie to me Picking up my tangled thoughts the pieces lost in hallowed halls Silent stares are filled with words So beautiful, it hurts. Falling but still somehow flying Not afraid of anything I am Floating over broken time and Breathing in an air much finer Different ends have joined as one like infinite defies a sum A feeling told in romance books like fairy tales they say it should.
Though telling stains still remain I understand the point they made Cause all the years were worth the tears that made the wave to send you here.
