Never Succumb to Circumstances - Visitor's Poem

The sun is glittering, destroying the ozone layer
The thermosphere draws close to earth surface
The cicadas and arthropods singing out of joy of sun rays
Dragon flies above small dam
Tornado blows, tossing shrubs and desert trees
Standing gallantly with no course to hold unto
I switch off the volume of external habitat
Listen to thin voice within my soul and heart
Keep on whispering "gonna be all right"
I can smell the fragrance of downpour
Herds been driven to the compound
Invertebrates rushing to its habitation
Sparrows rushing to the nest
I'm standing gallantly without course to steer
Thunder begins to ramble
Lighting flashing like desert oak trees without leaves
Toads and bull frogs singing yearning for precipitation
Cumulonimbus floating with thunder bolts overcasting the sky
Hiding northern party of the horizon
I'm hearing the voice within whispering to stand the course
Should I be petrified and let fear and doubt sink my hope?
Should I be petrified from lion into hare?
As an eagle into sparrow?
I would let this pass by even though the eyes fear the surrounding
I'm switching off the volume of the world and listening to voice within me
Gonna be all right! Never succumb to circumstances
