Released - Visitor's Poem

As I open my window
And breathe the fresh air
I release my sorrow
And all my despair

As signs of hope
Come fluttering in
My need to cope
Goes to the wind

As joy wells up in my soul
In ways that I cannot express
I begin to feel whole
And eternally blessed

I now feel like pure gold
As I start to unfold
