In order to attract more goodness into our lives, we need to focus our thoughts on mental images of things and events we want more of. Whatever we focus our attention on, expands. That's a very simplified explanation of the "Law of Attraction".

So learn to let go of negativity because we certainly don't want to attract more of that. Instead, let's build up our mental storage of images we desire to have in our lives.
