Review of Think Right Now!

Positive Thought and Behavior
Modification Program Audio CDs


In December 2007, I was first introduced to Mike Brescia's Think Right Now! (TRN) audio CD programs, by a man I just got acquainted with. When he learned that I run an inspirational quotes web site, he raised up the point that some of my site visitors might be looking for life-transforming material.

He then very briefly raved about Think Right Now! audio programs. He was blown away after using 3 of their programs.

I was fascinated to hear that his stress levels had decreased in less than 6 weeks of use. He became excited about life, and he quit smoking after 35 years! Special Format of Think Right Now!
Audio CD Programs

Upon visiting the Think Right Now! website, I was hit by loads of information. Be prepared to spend a good hour or so to explore the site.

I quickly learned the techniques they're using to change lives around the world. It's through using a special format of re-scripting statements/affirmations to condition both your conscious and unconscious mental patterns, to rise you above your current limiting beliefs, to release your fears, and to embrace and achieve your goals.

The special format is as follows:

1) Each CD (some are one-CD and others are 2-CD programs) contains 4 tracks. Track 1 and 3 are relaxation sessions while 2 and 4 are the re-scripting statement sessions. Each CD duration is about 60 minutes.

2) Each brief 3-minute relaxation session is to put you in a relaxed state so as to produce the optimal state of mind for learning and retention.

3) Each 30-minute re-scripting statement session consists of special 3-time spaced-repetition of each releasing/installing statement by a pleasant, soothing woman's voice to effortlessly help you install the new mindsets.

4) A subtle 55-60 beat per minute music is played throughout in the background to further reduce stress while lowering brain waves into the alpha and theta levels.

Through the years, I've read and heard so much about how your thoughts shape your life, habits and eventually outcomes. If you can manage to control your thoughts and emotions, you can change your mental patterns, drop the old negative habits, adopt new good habits, and these will in turn lead you to taking different actions, and give you the results you are seeking for! Sounds simple?

But... if you've tried managing your thoughts before, you'll quickly realized that it's your old, negative patterns that's winning, not the new good habits you tried so hard to install in yourself. TRN programs can effortlessly help you to recondition your mental patterns.

Ever paid attention to the conversations that ran through your mind?

When I first observed my inner conversations or self-talk, I was flabbergasted to observe how negative and self-defeating they were and worst of all, I kept running these over and over again in my thoughts for years. It went something like this:

"I'm never going to succeed. How am I ever going to win? They are so lucky to be so successful. They must be having advantages than I don't have. Why is success so far away? Will I ever become a success in anything? Give it up..."

    Can I say that I'm liking Infinite Joy Now quite a lot? There's many affirmations packed into one CD. Just look at some of my favorite ones in there:

    I'm a clear thinker - I find solutions to problems quickly and easily

    I allow other people to be responsible for themselves

    I always have enough time to acknowledge and appreciate all that's good in my life

    Don't these affirmations just make you feel good? It's just a tiny sample.

    I would say that you can almost listen to these CDs anywhere, anytime. Whether you're working away at your computer, cleaning up the house, relaxing or sleeping. Just be sure to skip the relaxation tracks when you're engaged in activities that require concentration such as driving or operating of heavy machinery.

    For me, I spend hours in front of the computer almost everyday, so naturally I'll just hit "Play" button for these CDs, and let the tracks play in the background throughout my work session. I"m "making every minute a self-help minute". ;-)

    I'm so used to listening to them now that I don't even get distracted when I'm writing a full article. It even felt like something was amiss when I forgot to turn the CD on! I use them even when I go to sleep.

    How's My Progress and Results?

    The results of using these CDs?

    One obvious change like I mentioned above is the way I run my thoughts now. For as long as I can remember, I used to let my "harmless" negative thoughts ran on auto-pilot without censoring. Now I'm much more conscious of my thoughts and self-talk. On occasions, I even found myself running some of the positive installing statements in my self-talk.

    I've started taking on things which I used to avoid out of fear. I was a very shy kid throughout my schooling years and shunned away from participating in any performances. In 2008 August, I was on stage with other seven ladies performing a Japanese samba dance in front of over 300 audiences! Memorable.

    Being shy as a kid, I naturally feared speaking up even in small groups, lest I became an embarrassment or said the wrong thing! This fear continued into adulthood. But in recent months, I'm surprised by my newfound confidence when I was at ease in speaking to small groups of 15-40 people on 4 different occasions.

    In the past, I tended to sink into low moods every now and then. These days, such demoralizing episodes have reduced by more than half. Even when I'm not feeling good, I bounced back way much faster than ever.

    I've also trained and run for my first ever 5km run in July 2009. Running was an activity I dreaded since I was 13. I believed I was terrible at running for many years. After I've completed my run, I know that it's a matter of training and believing that I could do it.

    Wow, I never did really think about all these positive results I'm experiencing with using TRN programs till I listed them out now. And boy, am I grateful and thankful!

    Overall, I can feel that my outlook has become more hopeful, I'm getting excited about life, and my ability to enjoy life moments, have fun and to experience joy have all increased.

    It's definitely not a radically overnight transformation for me, but I'm getting better and better through the months. Today, I'm still listening to the CDs. I'm presently into my 6th program and I still have Setting and Achieving Goals Now to go. That's for later. :-)
