When you left us on that peaceful summer day...
our hearts went with you to heaven, with not much left to say...
Your time on earth was finished as the day
grew dark and the sun begin to set...
Your love filled our world, we held your hand til the end with no regret...
Rest peacefully in paradise with the warmth and comfort of God's love...
You're free from pain, so fly high in the heavens like a soaring white dove...
