Sometimes to get to where you are,

you need to learn from where you’ve been

Sometimes to heal your mental scars,

you feel the pain that’s seldom seen



My friend I’m always here for you

to hear what may say

I’ll walk and talk and wait with you

And help you find your way



Sometimes the path that maps your life

is rarely very straight

You never see what’s round the bend

until it's way too late

to see your hope renewed
